TONA SUSHI PARTICIPATES IN Ogden Restaurant week 2017 april 6-15
Living in San Francisco, Tona was an architect for the many Super Cuts establishments, but in his heart always wanted to own his own restaurant featuring Japanese cuisine. I had a wonderful time getting to know him and how his restaurant came to be more than 13 years ago telling me that being a restaurant owner is hard work, but not afraid of washing dishes. His mother was a very good cook and it inspired Tona to follow his dreams. The best thing I learned from Tona was that we are all successful in life by being a "bento box" meaning be involved in a little bit of everything. Tona, I couldn't agree more!! Thanks Tona for a wonderful time.
